Dagang NeXchange Berhad’s (“DNeX”) subsidiary, Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”), recently organised the 66th Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance (“PAA”) Meeting in Kuala Lumpur.

Dagang Net was delighted to be given the opportunity to host this meeting, chaired by Executive Chairman of DNeX Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, who was also Chairman of PAA.

The event’s programme comprised the Working Group and Steering Committee meetings, Dialogue Session with the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, as well as the Official Dinner. There were delegates across three continents from 15 members of the PAA in attendance physically and virtually.

The PAA is the first regional e-Commerce alliance in Asia that aims to promote and provide secure, trusted, reliable and value-adding IT infrastructure and facilities for efficient global trade and logistics. Combined membership of the parties now exceeds 350,000 organisations, representing almost all active trading enterprises in the Asian market.
