SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SilTerra”) recently participated in the Asian Pacific Youth Leadership Summit (“APYS 2022”), organised by Beta Gamma Sigma of Universiti Utara Malaysia Chapter in collaboration with the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”).

The virtual competition was organised to expose participants to the importance and urgency of the climate change issue. In addition, the competition was also aimed at bolstering students’ leadership skills, where participants were tasked to be leaders in their capacity to provide solutions in addressing the climate change issue, based on the Sustainable Development Goal 13, Climate Action.

SilTerra served as the Platinum sponsor of the event to support efforts towards enhancing awareness among the youth on climate change, which is in line with the company’s Sustainability Framework.
