History
He plays a leadership role in guiding and overseeing the DNeX Group Procurement & Contract
Management Department (“PCM”), Group Risk and Business Process Management Department
(“RBPM”), Project Management Office (PMO) and Planning and Governance of various subsidiaries.
He is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of corporate initiatives from inception up to
completion in line with the Group’s business goals and supporting the continuous improvement and
compliance of the Group’s overall performance. In addition, he is accountable for risk, business
processes, and business continuity management by implementing improvement initiatives to achieve
organisational excellence. These include risk mitigation strategies, improved efficiency, resource
utilisation, and elimination of redundancies for better streamlining and operational synergy.
He formerly held various leadership and managerial positions with over 26 years of experience in various
portfolios, mainly in finance and accounting, corporate service affairs and manufacturing operations,
managing diverse stakeholders within investment holding, government agencies, automotive, supply
chain and manufacturing solutions and electronics industry.
He previously served as CFO at Silver Ridge Holdings Berhad, Deputy CEO at the Government Agency at
Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), CEO cum CFO at a PHN Industry (a subsidiary of DRB
Hicom ), Treasurer at Flextronics (M) Sdn Bhd. and Accountant at Fujitsu Component (M) Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Asia Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a Diploma Technical Certificate from Daihatsu Kyushu,
Japan. He is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
