Kuala Lumpur, 4 August 2016 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) announced that its rights issue exercise in which the Group raised RM97.7 million has been completed. The acquisition of OGPC Sdn Bhd and OGPC O&G Sdn Bhd, collectively known as OGPC Group, is also completed with the issuance of new shares to the OGPC Group vendors.
