Targeted at Forwarding Agents, Freight Forwarders, Exporters & Importers, myCargo2U offers end-to-end services for cargo and trade management from the point of data entry to Pre-Declaration, Declaration and Post-Declaration services.
myCargo2U enables real time visibility, analytics and management of cargo, its data and related cross-border business-to-government documentation within the supply and fulfillment chain.
With myCargo2U, users will have the ease of an all-in-one solution for cargo and trade management, and data reusability across applications thus eliminating multiple data entry of trade information, allowing users to save time and reduce error associated with multiple data entry.
Users will also have access to a one-stop trace and track system, an electronic data warehouse to manage and store important data, and GST-ready accounting interface to execute billing, invoicing and payment instructions.
myCargo2U offers comprehensive, end-to-end services that meet requirements for effective and efficient cargo and trade management namely:
- myJob, which allows users to enter, pull and push data, and effectively manage data with an electronic job folder function thus allowing for data reusability
- Pre-Declaration services, which include such features as Request for Transport, Forwarding Instruction and Confirmation, and myInsurance
- Declaration services, which provide users access to Customs-related declaration namely myCustoms, myPCO, myPermit, mySTA, myManifest, myZonBebas, my3P as well as myPayment, an electronic, hassle-free payment service for users to make such payments as Customs duty, permit charges, freight charges and port charges
