Commitment Statement

Employees must feel free to express their grievances without fear of victimization or intimidation or prejudice to their employment. DNeX Group shall ensure that all grievances are handled in a confidential and professional manner and resolved within the agreed timeline.

Scope

This policy shall be applicable to all employees within DNeX Group.

Policy

    • Grievances must be submitted in writing (letter or email).
    • Complaints should ideally be resolved first with the direct supervisor.
    • Specific procedures are outlined if the grievance involves the supervisor, Head of Department (HOD), or higher.
    • Confidentiality is maintained, and employees must be free from retaliation.
    • The grievance process involves escalation to HOD, Group Human Resources and Administration (GHRA), and ultimately Management Committee if needed.
    • Grievances must pertain to workplace-related matters including but not limited to work conditions, work hours, pay and benefits, discrimination, harassment, and safety.

Remediation Measures

    • Grievances must be addressed within 2 weeks at each level (Supervisor, HOD, GHRA).
    • If unresolved, employees can escalate to higher levels including GHRA and the Management Committee.
    • The final decision made by the Management Committee is binding and final.
    • Confidential record-keeping is required.
    • Guidelines are established for timely, objective investigations and resolutions, including possible meetings with all involved parties.

Review of Policy

This Policy may be reviewed and amended from time to time, as and when necessary.
