Prohibition of Discrimination

Commitment Statement

The Company is committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination. It is the company’s primary policy to provide fair and equal opportunity in employment, pay scale and promotion solely due to the employee capabilities and performance.

Scope

This Policy is intended for DNeX Group. It is applicable to all the Group’s employees including directors. All employees (whether temporary, contract basis or permanent) must comply with the Policy, the Group’s other P&P and all applicable laws in the course of employment.

The Policy also applies to the Group’s business associates, which includes but not limited to, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, trainers, agents, representatives, tenants and other intermediaries who are performing work or services, for and on behalf of the Group.

Policy

Discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, creed, age, religion, disability, sexual preference, or other factors is prohibited. All employees are expected to foster a safe, harmonious, and inclusive work environment. Even unintentional or unconscious bias is addressed with training and awareness programs. The Company is strictly intolerant to any form of discrimination.

Remediation Measures Grievance Filing

Employees affected by discriminatory practices are encouraged to file a grievance in line with the DNeX’s Grievance P&P.

Corrective Training: For unintentional discrimination, awareness training and counselling are provided.

Violations Handling: May include disciplinary and/or legal action, additional preventative mechanisms, employee training, regulatory notifications, and full cooperation with authorities.

Making a report by non-affected parties: Employees, including non-affected parties, are encouraged to report any observed discriminatory practices in accordance with DNeX’s Whistleblowing Policy.

Review of Policy

This Policy may be reviewed and amended from time to time, as and when necessary.
